Two new businesses are opening in the Timberline Plaza Shopping Center in Gloucester County.
Cloud 10 smart wash recently signed a lease at the plaza, located at 660 Woodbury Glassboro Road in Mantua, according to a December statement from The Goldstein Group.
Wolf Fitness leased 20,000 square feet of space in the same shopping plaza.
Cloud 10 smart wash is an automated, tech-driven car wash company founded in 2018, offering car cleaning through smart tunnel technology that uses sensors to personalize washes.
The company emphasizes water conservation, biodegradable products and energy-efficient systems, and offers subscription plans through the CloudClub membership.
Cloud 10 also provides free-to-use, do-it-yourself areas with vacuums, air fresheners and cleaning supplies for interior cleaning.
Wolf Fitness is a community-focused gym franchise with locations in Brigantine, Northfield and Mullica Hill.
The gym serves all levels of fitness, from beginners and competitive athletes to seniors, with a strong emphasis on fostering a supportive mentality.
The Cloud 10 deal was brokered by Mark Handwerker, executive vice president, and John Ostrowski, vice president of The Goldstein Group, who represented the landlord, Timberline Plaza LLC. Steve DePetris of Legend Properties represented the tenant.
