A crash involving a school bus and a sedan has an intersection shut down in South Jersey on Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened in the area of Tanyard and Cattell roads just before 4 p.m. on Sept. 18.

There were about 20 students from the Deptford School District on the bus when the crash happened, according to a Holcomb Bus Service spokesperson. All of the students were taken back to their school and are waiting to be picked up by a family member.
The person driving the bus was not hurt from the crash, the spokesperson said.
The driver in the sedan was reportedly taken to the hospital, according to the Holcomb spokesperson.
SkyForce10 was over the scene just before 4:30 p.m. where the front ends of a yellow school bus and a dark-colored sedan could be seen with extensive damage.
No word yet on what led to the crash.

An investigation is underway from the Deptford Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Unit and Patrol Division.
