A 5-car chain reaction crash continues to slow traffic hours after it happened on I-80 east near Patrick.
Nevada Highway Patrol says the crash happened just after 4:45 a.m. when the driver of a commercial vehicle rear-ended a car causing the chain reaction.
NHP says tell us one person was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  
Cars are currently backed up past the Nugget casino.
