The 65th season of racing at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course will feature five major spectator events next summer beginning in early June. The 2026 schedule will again be highlighted by the annual NTT INDYCAR SERIES race weekend, IMSA sports car racing and back-to-back motorcycle race weekends featuring AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days and the MotoAmerica Superbikes at Mid-Ohio to wrap up the season.
“We are excited to bring back a wide variety of racing events to Mid-Ohio and look forward to celebrating our 65th season with all of our fans.” said Craig Rust, president of Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. “We are honored to again host sports cars and INDYCAR and we are all looking forward to showcasing our motorcycle events on back to back weekends in 2026.”
IMSA sports car racing will kick off the action next summer with the third annual running of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Four Hours of Mid-Ohio set for June 5-7. The weekend will again feature a four-hour Michelin Pilot Challenge endurance race, one of the two four-hour competitions on the series’ 2026 schedule, plus additional sports car action from VP Racing SportsCar Challenge and Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin. The IMSA Ford Mustang Challenge returns as part of the weekend, bringing even more action to the schedule in 2026.
The Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio returns June 12-14 for its 44th edition, continuing its legacy as the track’s longest-running spectator event. The Sportscar Vintage Racing Association’s SpeedTour weekend will once again showcase an impressive mix of classic and modern race cars. Two car shows happen, the British Car Showdown on Saturday (June 13) and Concours d’Elegance on Sunday (June 14).
The Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio featuring the NTT INDYCAR SERIES will continue its Fourth of July tradition with the 43rd running of Ohio’s largest annual motorsports event on July 3-5. This year’s INDYCAR weekend at Mid-Ohio will be especially memorable, as it takes place during the 250th birthday for the United States of America, adding patriotic pride and more celebrations to the on-track excitement.
Switching gears from four wheels to two, the world-renowned AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days returns to Mid-Ohio for the 30th time on July 24-26. The American Motorcyclist Association’s signature event will once again pack the 380-acre facility with racing, bike shows, North America’s largest motorcycle swap meet, and a full slate of activities for enthusiasts.
