Popular California car dealership Effortless Motors has showcased how celebrities shop for cars, with Bad Boys icon Martin Lawrence receiving three brand-new SUVs.
Even in Los Angeles, it’s rare to see a celebrity simply walking around the courtyard of a Tesla or Cadillac dealership.
But we all know that they take orders for some magnificent cars.
So, how do superstars like Shaquille O’Neal and Martin Lawrence get their hands on custom cars? Well, Effortless Motors has let us in on a secret.

Effortless Motors is famed for creating and delivering countless vehicles to LA superstars, such as this beefed-up Chevrolet Corvette made to fit the frame of Shaq.
And we can’t forget the heartwarming restored Land Cruiser for Kobe Bryant’s mother – the broker really has done it all.
But in a recent upload to their YouTube channel, they went car shopping with Martin Lawrence, the Hollywood actor best known for the Bad Boys series, Big Momma’s House, and his namesake sitcom, Martin.
In a hunt for some new SUVs, the dealership went on the road to Lawrence’s LA ‘crib’ and provided three brand-new options for him to choose from.
Self-professed as ‘The only dealership that can bring the dealership to your house,’ the Cali broker arranged a Range Rover Autobiography, a Range Rover SV, and a Cadillac Escalade IQ. to be driven to his feet.
The Range Rover SV was an initial attraction, having been decked out in a rare blonde wood interior, while the Autobiography had more room than anyone would ever need in the passenger seats.
But his choice was clear.
As a popular choice among many celebs, the Cadillac Escalade IQ tickled the fancy of Martin Lawrence.
Having already blown away EV enthusiasts in early reviews, the fully-electric IQ offered the celeb unrivaled comfort, including executive rear seats, interior screens, and more gizmos than Inspector Gadget.
“I love it…you guys never let me down,” he said.
The team is no stranger to showing us how celebrities shop for cars, but it’s usually with Shaq adding yet another titanic beast to his collection.
This time, we got to see just how the celebs pick their favorite rides.
