A free clinic is coming to Kincardine today coaching how to install car seats.
The event will being held at the Kincardine Fire Station from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is hosted in partnership with the Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada, the Municipality of Kincardine Fire Rescue, the Community Foundation Grey Bruce, the United Way of Bruce Grey.
It is part of the Child Passenger Safety Technician Training Course, which provides attendees free, one-on-one assistance in installing car seats.
It is open to parents, grandparents and guardians who are welcome to bring their own vehicle and child’s car seat, as well as child to ensure the correct fitting and instruction.
Attendees can drop in, but registration is encouraged which can be completed online here.
