Lieutenant Katie Jenkins with the Athens-Clarke County Police Department reported that the affected persons sustained superficial, non-life threatening injuries. One person may be going to a local hospital for treatment.
College Station Road was shut down from the intersection of Loop 10 and on.
At 3:35 p.m., UGAPD released another community notification that said the accident had been cleared from the roadway and that traffic had resumed as normal.
