LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A car appeared to have crashed at the entrance of the Southern Nevada Health District's main building in Las Vegas on Friday.
The orange car could be seen with its front-facing side facing out while yellow tape surrounded the building, located near Decatur Boulevard and Interstate 11.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's traffic page listed an accident with injury at the SNHD address, reported at 10:43 a.m.
No further details have been released.
News 3 reached out to the SNHD on this incident, and a spokesperson sent over this statement,
"Earlier today, an individual driving in the parking lot of the Southern Nevada Health District’s Main Public Health Center at 280 S. Decatur Blvd. struck part of the building, causing limited damage. The facility is closed today, and there were no reported injuries. The incident is being addressed by law enforcement, and repairs will be made as needed. This accident will not affect operating hours at the location. The Health District’s Main Public Health Center is open Monday through Thursday, with additional services available on Fridays at the Fremont Public Health Center and other neighborhood locations.
