RCMP are investigating after an e-scooter rider was hit by a car Thursday afternoon.
The crash took place in downtown Vernon at the intersection of 30th Avenue and 35th Street Oct. 30 at approximately 1:45 p.m.
“The rider of the scooter was transported from the scene to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries,” said Const. Chris Terleski, Vernon North Okanagan RCMP media relations officer.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
