LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A wrong-way driver caused a three-car collision in a northeast Las Vegas neighborhood Thursday morning, according to police.
The collision was reported around 4:33 a.m. on Lake Mead Boulevard near Marion Drive, just west of Nellis Boulevard, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said.
Witnesses said a white Mini Cooper was going the wrong way on Lake Mead when it crashed into two other cars, one of which rolled over as a result.
Everyone involved, including a person from the rolled-over vehicle who was taken to a hospital, suffered minor injuries, police said.
The driver of the Mini Cooper was arrested.
Lake Mead is shut down in both directions as police clear the scene.
