CCTV has captured the horror moment three tradies were mowed down and seriously injured by a car in Western Sydney.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Bungaribee Rd and Lock St in Blacktown just after 9am on Friday, following reports three people had been injured after a two-car crash.
All three men were standing outside a business when the cars collided, causing one to mount the kerb, NSW Police said in a statement.
One of the men is fighting for life in hospital.
Pictures of the scene, taken by NewsWire, show police combing through the crime scene, which is littered with debris.
A white Toyota Corolla involved in the crash can be seen propped on its side.
Police tape and traffic cones block off the entrance to the restaurant where the crash occurred.
In a statement, CareFlight said their helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to assist with treatment just after 9am.
A specialist doctor worked alongside NSW Ambulance paramedics to treat three patients at the scene.
The CareFlight medical team treated a patient aged in their 20s with a serious head injury, who was transported by road ambulance to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.
Another two patients were transported to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition with leg injuries.
It is believed they may be aged in their 30s.
Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command have established a crime scene and specialist police from the NSW Crash Investigation Unit are due to attend.
The drivers of a white Toyota Corolla and maroon Honda CRV have been taken to Blacktown Hospital for mandatory testing.
Bungaribee Rd is closed in both directions with traffic diversions in place
