The crash happened between the junctions of Brough and Melton
A 73-year-old man has died after his car crashed into the central reservation on the A63 in East Yorkshire.
The silver Toyota C-HR was travelling westbound and collided with the barrier between the junctions of Brough and Melton at about 08:30 GMT on Sunday, Humberside Police said.
The driver was taken to hospital for treatment but died a short while later.
The force appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or has CCTV or dashcam footage from the area at the time, to come forward.
