A 22-year-old man is in hospital after being involved in a collision while being chased by police officers on Monday afternoon.
A man has been injured after being involved in a crash while being pursued by police in Glasgow.
A Vauxhall Golf allegedly failed to stop for officers on Paisley Road West around 12.15pm on Monday.
Police pursued the vehicle before it was involved in a crash at traffic lights on Corkerhill Road at Mosspark Boulevard around 12.20pm.
A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection and taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
A police car was also damaged after being hit by another vehicle during the incident.
Corkerhill Road was closed at Mosspark Boulevard while investigations were carried out and reopened around 8pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.15pm on Monday, November 10, 2025, a Vauxhall Golf failed to stop for officers on Paisley Road West, Glasgow.
“A vehicle pursuit took place, and the Corsa was involved in a crash on Corkerhill Road at Mosspark Boulevard. A police car was also damaged.
“A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection and enquiries are continuing.
“He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where staff describe his condition as stable.”
