Delhi Bomb Blast Live Updates: A car explosion outside the Red Fort in Delhi killed at least nine people and injured dozens others on Monday evening, according to the police. The explosion, which took place at 6.52 pm also led to nearby vehicles being engulfed in flames. Police said a slow-moving car had stopped at a red light just outside the Red Fort metro station before the blast. Stay tuned here for all the latest updates
