NICK Hampshire, Chief Executive of the ateb housing association, has provided an update on the Old Haverfordwest Library car park.
“ateb are currently reviewing the Dew Street car parking operations and as such from the November 17, 2025 to the New Year, we will not charging users,” Mr Hampshire confirmed.
“Please note however the use of the area is done so at the risk of the user as explained through onsite notices.
He added: “Our intention is to agree new arrangements to operate the car park in the New Year using similar terms, rates and arrangements as local PCC [Pembrokeshire County Council] run car parks to ensure continuity for visitors and local residents alike.
“Until we agree the new arrangements, we will not be in a position to share more detail.”
