The ICE-powered Honda N-One benefits from mild updates to stay relevant next to the electric N-One e:
The electric N-One e: and the beefed up Super-One might be stealing the spotlight in Honda’s kei car range, but the humble gas-powered N-One isn’t bowing out just yet. Honda has given it a round of updates for 2026, adding new features and a special edition.
The current N-One generation debuted in 2020 and saw a light facelift in 2023. This latest update brings a 7-inch digital instrument cluster in place of the old analogue setup, a two-spoke steering wheel that feels more contemporary, and the addition of front parking sensors across the lineup.

Among the range, the N-One RS remains the highlight. It’s the only version still offered with a six-speed manual gearbox rather than the CVT that drives every other trim.
Beneath its short hood, the familiar 660cc turbocharged three-cylinder stays on duty, producing 63 hp (47 kW / 64 PS) and sending power exclusively to the front wheels. There’s no four-wheel-drive option for this one, but that’s part of its straightforward charm.
The RS continues to look the part, wearing a honeycomb grille with the RS badge, a black front splitter, rear spoiler, and 15-inch alloy wheels that now come in white, evoking a hint of old-school Civic Type R spirit. Buyers can choose from Platinum White Pearl, Frame Red, or Crystal Black Pearl, each paired with a contrasting black roof that neatly ties the design together.

Inside, the RS keeps its sporty tone with carbon-style trim pieces, special digital cluster graphics, and Ultrasuede upholstery featuring red stitching and embroidered RS logos.
The high-spec auto-only Premium Tourer also gets an updated look with 15-inch wheels finished in Berlina Black, a rear spoiler, black chrome accents, and Prime Smooth upholstery for the seats.
New Special Edition
The real newcomer for 2026 is the Craft Style special edition. Honda says it draws from a “Scandinavian worldview” Built on the entry-level Original trim, it gains a chrome-plated grille and white accents on the mirrors, door handles, and wheel caps. Paint choices are limited to Seabed Blue Pearl, Fjord Mist Pearl, and Premium Ivory Pearl II.
Inside, the highlight is the wood-style trim of the dashboard, tastefully combined with Taupe and Platinum White upholstery for the heated seats.
Pricing in Japan starts at ¥1,767,700 (about $11,200), with four-wheel-drive versions adding ¥145,200 ($920). The Craft Style begins at ¥1,881,000 ($12,000), while the sportier RS with its manual transmission tops the range at ¥2,278,100 ($14,500).
