Creedmoor Road has reopened Thursday afternoon near Norwood Road in Raleigh after a crash involving two cars earlier in the day.
On Thursday afternoon, remnants of the scene closed N.C. Highway 50 (Creedmoor Road) in both directions in Wake County for about three hours, near Old Warden Road.
Sky 5 flew over the scene of the crash that sent at least one person to the hospital. Footage showed first responders putting a person into an ambulance. 
The crash left the two cars significantly damaged, making it difficult to make out the makes and models of both.
