Multiple people are feared dead after a serious collision between a bus, truck and car in Ireland.
The three vehicles crashed in Gormanston, Co Meath on the R132 earlier this morning. At least one person has been transported to hospital with critical injuries.
A Garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí and emergency services are currently attending the scene of a road traffic collision at Gormanstown, Co. Meath, this morning, Monday 24th November 2025. The R132 is currently closed with local diversions in place. No further information is available at this time."
Bus Eireann, Ireland's leading bus and coach operator, has issued a statement.
It said: "Bus Éireann can confirm one of our route 101 services has been involved in a critical road traffic collision involving other vehicles in the Gormanstown Cross area of county Meath this morning, 24 November 2025.
"Emergency services and Bus Éireann personnel are currently at the scene. We will provide further information as it becomes available."
Witnesses have reported seeing at least six ambulances at the scene, as well as medical vehicles and several fire engines, the Irish Mirror reports.
The crash is understood to have taken place at around 6.30am this morning, and is believed to involve a bus, truck and car. Gardai have closed the road as work at the scene continues.
