A new Sprint Car tour is being formed in Central Pennsylvania starting next season as 11 tracks in the Keystone State have come together to create what’s now called the PA Posse 410 Sprint Series.
Of the 47 total events the newly-formed tour has the schedule, 10 races apiece are at Williams Grove Speedway, Lincoln Speedway and Port Royal Speedway, with BAPS Motor Speedway and Selinsgrove Speedway seeing four dates each on the PA Posse Series schedule. Third-mile Clinton County Speedway, quarter-mile Path Valley Speedway Park, half-mile Bedford Speedway and 3/8-mile Bridgeport Speedway have two dates on the schedule.
Hagerstown Speedway and Grandview Speedway host one event each on the tour, which will also sanction all of PA Speedweek in 2026. Every series event will pay a minimum of $6,000-to-win and $600-to-start.
All told, more than $1.8 million in total payouts and a $200,000 points fund bolster the new tour, with $50,000 going to the champion. The goal of the new series is to better unify Central PA tracks and promoters “to build a coordinated schedule that ensures major races will not compete against one another, allowing teams, fans, and sponsors to experience the best the region has to offer without conflict,” per the tour’s announcement on Tuesday.
“This is a huge win for everyone involved in Central Pennsylvania racing,” Lincoln Speedway general manager Jerry Parrish said in a statement. “By working together, we’re giving fans a stronger, more unified schedule and creating more opportunities for drivers to race for meaningful money right here in PA.”
Port Royal Speedway promoter Steve O’Neal shares in Parrish’s vision for the new series, too.
“I feel this is the first step and way overdue to keep 410 sprint car racing alive and strong for now and for the future in Central PA for our great teams and fans,” O’Neal said in a statement.
More details such as a complete series schedule, race night format, point structure and more will be released in the coming days, according to the series. For more information, visit the PA Posse 410 Sprint Car Series Facebook page.
