Essensi is a new car event combining automotive culture with tech and luxury and it’s scheduled to take place in beautiful Sardinia, Italy next year.
The first edition of the show will take place in Porto Cervo in August 2026, and it looks to be massive.
Set across a sprawling 50+ hectare purpose-built village, it will be a five-day event for high-net-worth collectors, industry leaders and people who simply love cars.
This will be like every great car event we’ve seen before combined into one.

Essensi was conceived to take elements from other shows and blend them together to create a timeless event for everyone.
Some events are about tech, some are all about static displays, and others focus on dynamic action.
This show will combine all three.
Essensi says the show will merge performance, luxury, tech, innovation, and entertainment all in one place.
As a visitor, you can hop from the family-friendly exhibition to the adrenaline-fueled drift show.
And it’s a five-day event, which means you’ll have plenty of time to experience everything.
The location they chose is spectacular.
Porto Cervo – a gem in Sardinia, Italy – is the jet set capital of the Mediterranean.
The venue that Essensi has created incorporates different elements that serve different purposes.
For starters, there’s a drag strip for timed runs, car demos and also speed competitions; and there’s also a test track for off-road experiences.
In addition to that, visitors will find a drift circuit, which will be used for professional drift shows and extreme driving demonstrations.
Then there will be areas for ‘static’ exhibitions, including an Exhibitor Village for manufacturers, luxury brands and tech; and there’ll also be a Classics Area for restored icons and collector showcases.
Test drives will also be available.
There’s also a lot going on in terms of what you’d call hospitality.
The show will also host VIP lounges, strategically positioned to make sure guests enjoy the best possible view of the show and amazing landscape of Sardinia and Italy.
Public parking will be available, and organizers have thought of everything because they’ve also included helipads.
Last but obviously not least, there’ll be a main stage, which will be used for the opening and closing ceremony, DJ sets, live shows, announcements and awards.
