Porsche’s Sonderwunsch Panamera surfaced in Dubai, all gold-flecked paint and handcrafted indulgence for the buyer who wanted everything
Two years ago, Porsche teased a custom-built Panamera Turbo, commissioned through its Sonderwunsch personalization program. Now, the full car has been revealed at the Icons of Porsche festival in Dubai, and it makes one thing clear: if your budget stretches far enough, there’s nothing quite like the experience of driving a truly one-of-one machine.

The exterior of this Panamera stands out thanks to the two-tone paint job combining Leblon Violet Metallic with Sunset Red. The colors flow across the bodywork of the sedan and even feature flakes of gold for that extra special finish.
Making the exterior pop even more are Avium Metallic accents used for the pinstripes and the side window frames. A special set of 21-inch wheels have also been designed for this project and have the same Avium metallic accents.
What’s Special Inside?
Then we get to the piece de resistance of this project, which is the cabin. Like the exterior, the cabin has Sunset Red parts and Barrique Red elements, including the seat belts and stitching.
There’s also plush black leather found throughout and a host of Avium Metallic trimmings. This includes Sonderwunsch lettering on the center console, the center console’s switches, and the hands of the Sport Chrono display.
Porsche’s team of experts has also added the coordinates of Zuffenhausen to panels in the front seats. The customization doesn’t stop there.
The owner of the car had Porsche fit a cigar humidor in the center console’s storage compartment, using cedarwood inserts and a hygrometer to ensure the humidity levels are always perfect. That’s not all, as there is also an illuminated champagne cooler as well.
Even the luggage compartment hasn’t been left untouched. It’s now fully lined in leather, with black anodized metal inserts and Avium-colored accents framing the space for a finish that mirrors the rest of the build.

“The interior of the Panamera Turbo ‘Sonderwunsch’ embodies our passion for making every customer’s personal dream a reality with the utmost precision and attention to detail,” said Alexander Fabig, vice president of Individualisation and Classic at Porsche.
“Gradients and contrasting colors echo the look of the exterior and create an interior that combines elegant design and the highest level of craftsmanship,” he added.
Porsche hasn’t shared what this level of personalization costs, but given the materials, bespoke elements, and one-off status, it’s safe to assume the final figure doesn’t come cheap.
