JDM: Japanese Drift Master’s last update of 2025 also adds seven new Eurobeat songs, giving Initial D vibes.
JDM: Japanese Drift Master’s final update of 2025 has arrived following the Made in USA DLC pack released last month, and it’s a mammoth one that adds no less than five new cars.
However, four of these are variants of the existing Akina Phantom Hachi, an unlicensed car based on the Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX AE86. One of them even sports a black and white paint job in tribute to Initial D’s hero car.
These are joined by the Akina Legend, which resembles a fourth-generation Toyota Supra A80.
Alongside the new cars, the update adds seven new Eurobeat music tracks to the radio stations, adding to the Initial D vibes as you slide around tight Japanese mountain roads.
It also brings improved loading times, a cross-platform leaderboard for PC and Xbox players, and various bug fixes.
Patch notes for JDM: Japanese Drift Master’s latest v1.8.2 update can be found below.
Following last month’s Xbox Series X|S port, JDM: Japanese Drift Master is set to release on PlayStation 5 in Q1 2026.
The Akina lineup is expanding with 5 new cars. Four new variations of Akina Phantom and an Akina Legend, all coming with their tuning parts ready to be unlocked and installed.
Added seven, top-of-the-charts Eurobeat bangers to the radio, so that your Akina runs go that much smoother and flashier:)
It’s completely Free
