Another wave of heavy rain smacks western Washington this week, coupled with strong winds adding concern for potential power outages.

OLYMPIA, Wash. — All lanes of northbound Interstate 5 were closed in Tumwater after a major crash on Monday morning. All lanes reopened around 10:20 a.m.
Washington State Patrol Trooper Kameron Watts said the crash around 5 a.m. involved three semi trucks and a car that hit a barrier near U.S. 101. The left southbound lane was also closed by a barrier that was displaced in the crash.
The Washington State Department of Transportation said a crew had to fix the damaged barrier.
Injuries reported in the crash are minor.
Traffic was diverted to Deschutes Parkway.
One of the semis involved was jackknifed.
