As dealerships anticipate a variety of new car models to make their way to showrooms across Arizona, customers could cash in on noteworthy savings when shopping for their next ride.
A new analysis from iSeeCars.com, an automotive research site, has rounded up some of the 2024 and 2025 cars with the most inventory to sell to customers. Here’s what’s on the list, whether you’re on the hunt for a modest sedan, an electric vehicle or a luxury car.
The window between model years is when car dealerships are typically most eager to sell off older inventory, according to the analysis.
These are the 23 models with the highest share of 2024 vehicles still on lots around the country. The overall average percentage of a certain model’s 2024 inventory left is 0.4%, and the average price is $47,256.
While many 2025 models are still on lots, these 22 cars were found to have anywhere between 60 to 90% of their inventory remaining. Dealers know that they will become less appealing once the new year begins, making them great picks to snag a better price on before then. The average model has 21.3% of 2025 models left, running around $47,767.
The clean vehicle tax incentive ended on Sept. 30, making it more difficult to sell off electric vehicles. These are the 2025 models they have the most stock of. The average 2025 EV model has 18.7% of its cars remaining and costs $63,639.
