GREECE, N.Y. – One man has serious injuries after a car crashed into Carbone’s Pizzeria on North Greece Road 5:40 p.m. Friday.
Police said a 79-year-old man was inside the pizzeria when the crash happened. North Greece firefighters at the scene applied a tourniquet, and the man was taken to the hospital.

At 5:38 p.m. today, Greece Police officers responded to the 600 block of North Greece Road for a report of a vehicle that struck a building. A 79-year-old man inside the building was seriously injured.

The crash is currently under investigation. Carbone’s Pizzeria closed for the night, but has since reopened Saturday morning.
