FAYETTEVILLE — A man was killed Wednesday evening after being struck by a car.
A 2014 Honda Civic was travelling north on Gregg Avenue, near North Quality Lane, when Maxwell Adam Henson, 35, of Fayetteville, entered the roadway, according to a preliminary crash report from the Fayetteville Police Department. The Honda struck Henson at 6:28 p.m., the report added.
The weather was clear and road conditions were dry at the time of the collision, according to the report.
