A $5,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of taking a car belonging to his former girlfriend and not returning it.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Titus Kemp, 24, with theft of property.
Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said on Dec. 30, police were sent to an address in Pine Bluff in response to a reported domestic disturbance.
Kemp was told to come back to Court Feb. 18)
