The Montreuil music scene gains a massive surge of energy with the official arrival of the second EP from Danger Don’t. This collection of songs titled ‘Stare At Me’ hit the airwaves on 19 December 2025 and serves as a direct expansion of the sounds first heard on their debut ‘Believe Me’. The band creates a specific atmosphere by mixing sharp songs of revolt with a clever sense of irony. These compositions maintain a complex structure while remaining light and effective. Influences from the alternative world like Fugazi and My Chemical Romance shine through the arrangements.
The thematic focus of tracks like “Toy Cars,” “Bury It All,” and “Inside” investigates the heavy realities of addiction and the dense pressure of loneliness while maintaining a rhythmic drive. These songs function as a supportive hand for those navigating internal anxieties. Every note on this EP vibrates with a genuine sense of optimism that cuts right through the darker lyrical themes. The sheer sonic weight of the guitars provides a comforting anchor for the soaring melodies. This release stands as a triumphant declaration of resilience and musical growth.
