MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Several major recalls have been announced this week, affecting car seats, vehicles, bed rails, dietary supplements and children’s pajamas. Here’s a roundup of the most important details every consumer should know.
Thousands of Evenflo “All4One” car seats are being recalled. The manufacturer found that, when used in rear-facing mode, the seat’s adjustable recline mechanism can slide out of position. In the event of a crash, this could prevent a child from being properly secured, significantly increasing the risk of injury. There’s also a risk of injury if someone puts their hand in the recline mechanism when it’s out of place. Evenflo is offering free replacements for all affected car seats.

Volvo recalls more than 400,000 vehicles for faulty rearview cameras
Volvo has issued a recall for more than 400,000 vehicles—specifically, model years 2021 through 2025, including the XC60, XC90 and Cross-Country models. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the problem stems from rear view cameras that may not display an image when the car is in reverse. Instead, drivers see a message reading “camera is temporarily not available,” which violates federal safety regulations. No accidents or injuries have been reported as of last month. Owners will receive a recall notice by mail by February 16, and dealers will provide a software update free of charge.

Bed rails recall due to suffocation hazard
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling more than 40,000 adult bed rails sold under the Sangohe and Yolaah brands. When attached to a bed, these rails can pose a serious entrapment risk, potentially leading to suffocation or death. The recalled rails also lack required hazard warning labels. Sangohe rails were sold on Amazon and Walmart between August 2023 and October 2025, while Yolaah rails were sold on Amazon from September to October 2025. No injuries have been reported so far.

Modern Warrior supplements pulled from shelves
Consumers are urged to check their medicine cabinets for Modern Warrior supplements, especially the “Body Repair Plan.” Regulatory tests found undeclared and potentially life-threatening ingredients in this product. Some have been linked to suicidal thoughts or behavior in young people up to age 25, as well as confusion, seizures, drowsiness, dry mouth, and trouble breathing—risks that worsen with alcohol use. The company has immediately halted sales and issued a recall. If you have this supplement at home, stop using it right away.

Pajamas recalled for flammability hazard
Julie and Judah pajama pants and shorts are being recalled for failing to meet flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, creating a burn risk. If you own these pajamas, the manufacturer advises you to stop using them immediately and contact Marcus Adler Glove for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to cut up and mark the pajamas as “RECALL” before submitting a photo for verification.
Stay tuned for updates on these recalls and check your home for any of the affected products to keep your family safe.
