CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – One person is dead after a crash in Batavia Township involving a motorcycle and a car.
According to Clermont County dispatch, the crash happened at 4:13 p.m. near 515 Chapel Road.
It's believed that the motorcycle was headed eastbound on Chapel Road when it attempted a passing maneuver. The motorcycle was then struck by a juvenile driver who was headed westbound on Chapel Road.
The driver of the motorcycle was identified as 37-year-old Paul Creed. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene.
The juvenile driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
