A woman in her 50s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after her car collided with a building in Jersey Farm.
Herts police were called at around 2.40pm today to reports of an incident on St Brelades Place in St Albans.
The crash involved one vehicle, a black Citroen C4 Cactus.

Jersey Farm Doctors Surgery was struck by the car, but photos from the scene show minimal damage to the building.
A spokesperson for Herts police told the Herts Advertiser: “We are in attendance at the scene alongside colleagues from the East of England Ambulance Service and Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue.
“A woman in her 50s is being taken to hospital with serious injuries.”
