The 2026 racing season is fixing to be a big one over at the Blue Oval; never before has a factory-backed Ford team been entered in so many racing disciplines in a single season. From the sand dunes of the Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia, to the twisted tarmac of the world’s top race circuits in F1, Ford has a presence. Today, at a gathering of the who’s who in the Ford world at the famed Michigan Central Station that FoMoCo purchased in 2018 for almost $100 billion USD, the brand revealed what it’s all new Formula 1 race cars – developed in partnership with Red Bull Racing – are going to look like when they hit the grid at the Australian Grand Prix in March.
Ford CEO Jim Farley, VP Bill Ford, drivers Maz Verstappen, Isack Hadjar, Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad all took the stake with an example eac oxf the Red Bull Racing Team and the Visa CashApp Racing Bulls cars. The Red Bull Racing team – the main event, if you will – bears an obvious resemblance to the cars that preceded it, all dark blue with red and yellow Red Bull logos. The blue is a little darker and richer for this year – which is nice – but the real change happens over at Racing Bulls.

Just like last year, the Racing Bulls car gets a white base, but it’s kicked up a notch this year with bright white wheels to match, a change from the dark wheels we saw in the ’25 season. It’s a good thing, too, because driver Lawson did say that white was one of his favourite colours for cars. Will it make him faster? Only time will tell…
