Two people died and two others were hospitalized after a two-car crash in Kalamazoo early Thursday morning.
Just after 5:30 a.m., deputies from the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) responded to a crash on North Sprinkle Road near East E Avenue.
After investigation, it was found that a Honda Accord was going northbound when it lost control and and crossed the center lane before hitting a Subaru headed southbound.
The 29-year-old man driving, along with the 58-year-old woman, who was the passenger, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The other passenger of the Accord suffered serious injuries, and was transported to the hospital, KCSO said in a release. The driver of the Subaru was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
