An illegal Ford car has been seized and an Oxfordshire driver “dealt with” by Thames Valley Police.
The force updated that it had stopped a car on the road without insurance near Carterton today, Tuesday, January 27.
A spokesperson for the Rural Crime Taskforce said: “Officers stopped this vehicle in Carterton today after it showed as having no insurance.

“Further checks revealed the driver also didn’t have a valid licence.
“The vehicle has been seized, and the driver has been dealt with.”
The taskforce also stopped a car towing a trailer today as the registration plates didn’t match.
The spokesperson said: “Checks confirmed that it was all in order and the driver was given words of advice about making sure the correct plates are displayed.”
