GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A new foundation aims to help families impacted by fatal car accidents.
The mother of a teen whose son died last year posted online that the Clayton Emerson Foundation Incorporated will help pay for funeral expenses when children die in crashes. The group also promotes road safety.
Since Clayton Emerson, 17, died in a car accident.
His mother has petitioned for a state law requiring toxicology tests for all Florida fatalities.
