An 80-year-old man is in a life-threatening condition after being hit by a car in Wallington.
Emergency services were called to the car park by Wallington library in Shotfield at around 10am on Thursday, September 4.
Police reported that a pedestrian and a vehicle in a car park were involved in a collision. 
A crime scene was in place at the car park today, but has since been lifted.
Police said the man was taken to hospital following the crash and remains in a life-threatening condition.
London Ambulance Service confirmed ambulance crews, an incident response officer and London’s air ambulance attended.
The man was treated at the scene before being taken to a major trauma centre in London.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are continuing.
