A section of the A14 was closed following a crash between a car and a motorbike.
Suffolk police were called to the eastbound carriageway between junctions 38 for Newmarket and 39 for Kentford.
The injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing at this point in time.
Recovery has been called for the vehicles.
National Highways says the A14 was shut between junctions 38 and 41.
It had been shut up to junction 41 due to an earlier crash after a car crashed into a central reservation at Risby, near Bury St Edmunds.
