A body was found Tuesday in a burned car at a South Los Angeles tow yard.
The body was in a blue Honda Civic in a lot located west of Western Avenue near Gage Street. The rear of the Honda appeared to have fire damage.

It was not immediately clear when or why the Honda was brought to the tow yard.
The body is the second in two days discovered inside cars at Los Angeles tow yards. On Monday, police said a body was found in a bag inside a Tesla at a tow yard in Hollywood.
There was no evidence indicating the two cases are connected.
