A BUSY road near Glasgow has been locked down this morning after a car ploughed into a house.
Police raced to the scene on Auchinairn Road in Bishopbriggs at around 6am.

Pictures from the street show a white Toyota which appears to have crashed into a property.
The motor seems to have caused extensive damage to the front of the home.
The property has been sealed off, while officers stand guard outside the house.
The garden fence appears to have been struck down, with bricks and debris strewn across the grass.

Cops confirmed that no serious injuries were reported.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.10am on Tuesday, 28 October, 2025, we received a report of a car striking a property on Auchinairn Road, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended, and no serious injuries were reported.
