Rogers is sought in connection with the crimes. Since then, he’s been on the run, wanted for murder and attempted murder.
It is not clear why he left his car in a busy area of LA. The El Camino shopping center is packed with grocery stores and restaurants and shops and on the other side of the road is a senior care home, the Calabasas Farmers Market and the Calabasas Commons.
Rogers is believed to be armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him is urged not to talk to him and call 911.
