The main road just outside Hele Bay in Ilfracombe is closed after a collision between a car and two pedestrians.
Police were called at around 12.30pm to Watermouth Road on the A399 just outside Hele and below Ilfracombe Golf Club.
The ambulance and fire services were also on scene. There are no details available on any injuries at this time.
The road is currently closed in both directions and Devon & Cornwall Police said the incident is ongoing.
