A car going onto railway tracks caused hours of disruption this morning.
All lines were blocked for several hours after the car ended up on the railway at Ferring.
Services between Brighton and Chichester were cancelled, as were services between Brighton and Portsmouth and Southsea for a period and passengers experienced delays.
Southern Rail said the car had collided with the level crossing barriers.

The incident was cleared just before 11am.
