Bourne police are advising drivers to avoid Scenic Highway in the wake of a three-vehicle crash that resulted in entrapment, vehicle fire and life-threatening injury.
Police posted a notice about the crash on social media around 1:30 PM on Wednesday, October 8. The notice said that Scenic Highway is “closed in both directions, East of Ernest Valeri Road. 3-car crash with entrapment and vehicle fire and at least one life-threatening injury.”
The Facebook notice included a photo of the crash scene, showing one vehicle with its passenger side crushed and the door propped up against the guardrail.
No other details have been released by Bourne police.
