Drugs have been located after a car crash in Lightsview this morning
About 1am today Wednesday 27 August, police were called to Fosters Road to reports of a single car rollover.
Police and emergency services were quickly in attendance locating the Toyota hatch.
The driver a 56-year-old man from Newton and passenger a 57-year-old woman from Northfield fortunately were not injured.
Police observed drug paraphernalia within the car and as a result searched the car and driver locating cannabis and methamphetamine.
The driver was arrested and charged with possess a controlled drug, possess cannabis and possess equipment.
The driver had crash bloods taken and pending results of forensic analysis further charges may be laid.
The man was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on the 14 October.
