KIRKLAND, Wash. — A car drove through the Grocery Outlet in Kirkland's Bridle Trails Shopping Center on Sunday afternoon, prompting an emergency response.
Police and rescue crews were called to 6625 132nd Ave NE shortly before 2 p.m.
KOMO News crews on the scene captured footage of the car, which seemed to have crashed directly through the front doors of the grocery store. Collapsed shelving and debris could be seen on top of the vehicle and scattered around it.
Initial reports indicate that there are several injuries, and people were possibly pinned in the aisles or under shelving
