According to a crash report from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, a St. Marys man was cited following a single-vehicle crash Tuesday evening, around 7:30.
Deputies say 41-year-old Todd Edmiston was driving a 2020 Honda Accord north on County Road 24 near State Route 47 when he drove onto the gravel shoulder on the right side of the road.
Edmiston then reportedly lost control, went left of center, traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a telephone pole, and came to rest in a bean field.
He was not injured in the crash, and his vehicle was towed from the scene.
Edmiston was issued a citation for failure to control.
