The crash happened just before 11 a.m. near the intersection of Beacon and Walnut streets. Aerial footage shows a tow truck working to remove a sedan, which is sitting in a snowbank at the bottom of a set of stairs leading to Beacon Street. A section of damaged fence sits next to it.
