A vehicle fire closed a Cambridgeshire town road on Monday (November 17). The A141 at Hostmoor Avenue in March was closed by Cambridgeshire Police just before midday.
This was due to a car that caught fire. Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue were called to the scene.
A fire spokesperson said: "At 11.39am a crew from March was called to a car fire on Hostmoor Avenue in March.
"Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 12.40pm. The cause of the fire was accidental."
The vehicle was recovered at around 1.20pm. A police spokesperson said: "We were called at about 11.50am today to Hostmoor Avenue, March, to reports of a car on fire.
"There were no injuries, no arrests and the car was recovered at about 1.20pm."

A Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson has said the car has been recovered. A police spokesperson said: "We were called at about 11.50am today (17 November) to Hostmoor Avenue, March, to reports of a car on fire.
"There were no injuries, no arrests and the car was recovered at about 1.20pm."
A fire and rescue spokesperson said:
At 11.39am a crew from March was called to a car fire on Hostmoor Avenue in March. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 12.40pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
Cambridgeshire Police has closed off part of Hostmoor Avenue. In a social media post, it said: "Due to a vehicle fire on the A141 junction with Hostmoor Avenue in March, we have closed Hostmoor Avenue from Tesco up to the A141 junction.
"You can still access all your favourite shops from the A141. March Community Fire & Rescue Station attended the scene to deal with the fire. Officers are on scene waiting for recovery."
