Occupants of a vehicle escaped potential harm when it dramatically ended up on its roof on a busy east Auckland arterial road in peak late afternoon traffic.
This photo was supplied to the Times by a reader, who was on his journey home to Howick travelling from Panmure, today, October 28.
The car landed on its roof on Pakuranga Road near the busy intersection with Ti Rakau Drive.
Counties Manukau Police have told the Times they were called to the incident at about 4.42pm.
“Police were called to a two-vehicle crash on Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga.
“One vehicle has flipped onto its roof. There are no reported injuries.
“The road is partially blocked and causing delays while the accident is cleared,” say police.
