A car was seized following a road traffic collision at The Folly, yesterday morning.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene at approximately 11.30am.
At the top of the Folly area, the collision occurred between a car and an ambulance.
The ambulance was reported to be on its way to a call at the time.
One person was transported to University Hospital Waterford for treatment of injuries.
Gardaí confirmed to WLR that a motor vehicle was subsequently seized for road traffic offences.
